How It Started
Off Your Desk Co. wasn’t born from a business plan—it was born from resilience.
In 2015, our founder, Randi Conti, discovered the world of virtual assistance through a national agency. She quickly rose through the ranks, fell in love with the work, and began building a career—only to receive an email six months later that would change everything: the agency had gone bankrupt. Overnight, more than 400 virtual assistants were out of work.
What followed was a moment of shock, and then, community. Those same assistants came together to do what they do best—support one another. They shared resources, exchanged client leads, trained each other, and proved that with the right people behind you, anything is possible.
From that experience, Randi Judge Consulting was born. As demand grew and the vision evolved, the company was rebranded as Off Your Desk Co., officially forming its LLC on the fourth anniversary of Randi’s journey into the industry in 2019.
Where We Are Now
Today, Off Your Desk Co. is a tight-knit, intentionally small team of highly skilled virtual assistants and operations pros. We support clients across a range of industries—from thought leaders and service providers to nonprofits and mission-driven businesses. We’ve built this company with transparency, sustainability, and people-first values at the core.
As of June 2023, we’ve grown to a team of three dedicated assistants, with even more operational and creative talent in our extended network. Whether you're looking for consistent weekly help or a Done In A Day sprint, our services are designed to grow with you.
